The customer service reps are very patient and have excellent step by step processes to manage any issue I've encountered with the system. I've rarely encountered any problems, most of them have been operator error. The time that it takes to reach a person is usually very short and have always been able to help. Highly recommend using RingCentral as we've not had an issue so far.

RingCentral has delivered the goods for us! We have been using this on both our mobile device as well as the desktop version and even have it integrated into our applicant tracking systems where it helps us automate SMS Text messages as well as works in a few very helpful ways for phone, voice messaging, greetings, and text messages. WEve been very happy with the service and support which is top notch!

Super helpful and patient when getting set up. It is very easy to use and they accommodated to all of my business needs. I receive calls on my computer, mobile phone and desk phone. I will never miss a call.
