Gabriella is an absolute QUEEN! She was my go to girl when I attended UGA for Brazilian waxes. She is hilarious, super kind, extremely thorough, and very professional. I always looked forward to my waxes with Gabriella because I felt like I was visiting a friend. If I wasn’t moving away I would continue to see her. I can’t recommend her enough. I have never had a bad experience in the year I’ve been getting my legs waxed here. I feel like I’ve probably been waxed by everyone there, and everyone has always done an amazing job. Mona did an amazing job the last time I went. She was very thorough and made sure she got everything. I will always come here to get my legs waxed :)
I have been coming here for a couple years. I have tried almost every esthetician that comes to work here but I always come back to Gabriella. She has been here the longest and she is very sweet! She is great at what she does. They also have deals for college students on Tuesday & Wednesday! Would definitely recommend.
Called about 10 mins out bc my battery died and explained but they have a 5 min grace period policy that seems to be a nonnegotiable regardless. Just a heads up if you think you might be late. 😔
This place has went from a 5 star to 0 for me. I usually book with Gabriella .. she is quick & does a good job but if you’re looking for good bedside manner or someone friendly this is not the establishment for you. She can come off as rude and I just took it as that’s how her nationality is. They’ve also dropped to 0 rating for me because if you are pregnant DO NOT BOOK HERE.
