I didn’t love it but I didn’t hate it either. It was much painful than my first time ever getting wax. Maybe my skin was sensitive that day, I’m not sure but I do know that it was painful. The wax lasted for a long time though, so that’s a plus.
Service was rough and rushed. Then I left the review on google and they replied lying trying to say my last Brazilian wax was over a year ago. My last Brazilian was WITH THEM! I’ve gotten a Brazilian wax in June of 2025 my hair was full but not that Full as I’ve been getting waxes for years so my hair has thinned over time. I left bleeding . The person that did my chin wax was good but when I went to pay had surprised with the total. I ask nonchalant male receptionist why so expensive he replied neck. Nothing was done to my neck I have no hair growing from my neck and it was more than chin wax. He never communicated with the tech.
