give customers what your menu says is in the recipe. Very upset and have no plans to return. even the manager was not helpful and argued the menu when it was in black and white. Her response was she would talk to corporate about wording. Salad described as blue cheese. No blue cheese. manager said it was suppose to say blue cheese dressing. The waitress asked me what dressing I wanted. very disappointed with service and attitude of manager.
We used to love coming to Rio Mambo and would even go out of our way to visit the Weatherford location instead of the one on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth. We used to go so often when my daughter was first born that we had our own favorite waiter who knew us by name and even knew our order by heart. Tonight that changed. Hands down worst restaurant experience ever. Went for a New Years day brunch with family. I ordered the traditional breakfast. 20 minutes later waitress comes back and says we are out of pancakes, hands me the menu again so I ordered the ham and cheese omlette. ANOTHER 20 minutes later she comes back and says, sorry this is not your day for breakfast we are out of ham. Offers no other options, does not give me the menu. So I said just forget it. Cockroach fell from the ceiling vent onto the table. I’m done with Rio Mambo.
Food and service are usually good but this time the service was not to good. We really like eating here just wish the service was always good and not just hit and miss. Also we are left just standing at the door sometimes because no one is there to seat you. Would be great if you could get the set at a good consistency. Love the margaritas and fajitas.

The food was ok but I have had better .... the service was better than the food
I was their and the food was good was having a drink in the bar and this guy was bothering us he came around to a lot of people telling everyone about he was going through a divorce kept interrupting us
