Just like all of the other comments here, we had a family member admitted to the clinic and it has been a nightmare ever since. My father was admitted a week ago due to some anxiety and withdrawal issues he had related to medication. Since being admitted, we have not received any information whatsoever regarding his status. I give this horrible place a Zero!!There is no communication with this place at all tell you they are going to come up with a treatment plan to help my daughter, have not yet till this day been called with a plan of what they want to do to help as far as therapy type of medication suggestions. you call and ask what is the plan what do you recommend outside patient cuz obviously being in there is no place a child or parent wants the child to be at, have they called to give me the the treatment plan no, all they call for real ... read more
Brought our family member here for an evaluation since he had anxiety and just wanted an outpatient type treatment plan. They did a quick evaluation and said they did believe he has anxiety and that he needed to stay in there inpatient program and locked us inside and wouldn’t let us leave the facility. We called 911 and the cops wouldn’t come even though we all being held against our will. I should have read these reviews sooner before taking my husband here but it was his second visit and I thought it would be fine but it’s not. My husband has been deemed stable enough to leave by everyone but the doctor who has never met him. That doctor got a court order to hold him an additional 72 hours over a weekend making it even more useless and against his wishes. Like everyone has been saying, do NOT take your family members there. They are awful, night person named Diane forgot to hang up the phone after treating us bad and was laughing with someone else about our conversation. Our family member went in voluntarily and after 72 hrs without a court order they haven't released him. Forcing him to stay. Awful place.
