Dr. Rippe and his staff are friendly and accomodating. From my first visit, they made me feel very comfortable with a tour of the office, a care package, and a personal visit with Dr. Rippe. I had a few fillings done and throughout the process, Dr. Ripped continually made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed my first visit. The doctor was very helpful and explained every clearly. He really seemed concerned for my teeth and even asked what I wanted to do with my teeth.The hygienist was very good. She was very concerned for my comfort and seemed to gauge my pain tolerance very well. She also did carried a conversation but didn't try TOO hard. It was very natural and relaxing. Kind people, top of the line equipment I was very happy.
Dr. Rippe found more damage then he expected when he removed an old filling. He was very clear and explained my options. I hap injections in the roof of my month with no pain. I would highly recommend him and his very talented and friendly staff.
Just like every other visit to "The Doc", everything was just perfect.
Nice. Clean. Gentle. Kind. What more can you ask? Oh and the free coffee and welcome gifts are great! It is also the first time a dentist ever asked me about MY goals for me teeth. Wonderful experience, even though I typically avoid dental work!
