Overall my experience at Dr Rippe's was great!
I have NEVER had a dentist call and see how I was feeling. This changed on Tuesday when at 8:32 PM Dr. Rippe called to check on me. I run a Westin hotel and see great service very day. This was better than service it was a human caring!

Appointment was for a teeth cleaning with hygienist Katrina. In consultation with Katrina two cleanings prior, it was determined that quarterly rather than semi-annual cleanings would better serve me due to quick buildup of plaque and tartar. Sure, I end up paying about $180 per year for the extra cleanings, but that's a lot less than what it would likely cost me in potential problems if I allowed tartar to remain on the gum line. One thing I enjoy so much about Dr. Rippe's office is the atmosphere that is so inviting and welcoming. Not to forget the efficiency and professionalism with which they treat you.
I had quite a few problems. Dr. Rippe was very snesitive to my fears and non-judgemental.
The most caring Dental staff you will find. They truly care about their patients and strive to make your experience as comfortable and painless as possible.
