Your review of the problems with the implant I had put in by another surgeon was very helpful for me to determine a future course of action. Thank you.
Explaining the procedure as it progressed was very helpful. Dr. Rippe is very knowledgeable about the patient's experience. So, he was able to anticipate what was needed in order for the procedure to be as comfortable as possible.
Everything was great. The entire staff is wonderful.
My visits are always great, the staff including Dr. Rippe & Jeanne are always professional and sincere.
The new scheduling system is great and easy to use.

I appreciate Katrina the hygienist being thorough as opposed to simply doing a job. Having completed a thorough cleaning and polishing, the flossing she performed hurt on a few upper teeth in front; so she switched to a smoother floss instead of Crest Glide (which I use at home nonetheless).
