Installation was a breeze and the installer was very knowledgeable and helpful. The internet connection is working very fast compare to my old DSL line.

Tech was on time, very friendly, and prompt. Would be nice to have updates throughout the day of service as to how far out the tech is, if possible. Not everyone can be a home all day waiting for them to show up.
