Food was stellar. The gentleman who took care of us gave great recommendations. Overall a lovely experience.
We were uncertain what we would find as it has been 12 years since our last visit. It was wonderful and we left happy.
We had a nice time. The food was good. There was nothing about the restaurant that knocked our socks off. The food seemed priced higher than the meals warranted. The service was on the slower side and it was pretty apparent they didn’t put our entrees in when we ordered them. We had a night without kids so that didn’t bother us. Because the food wasn’t spectacular, we probably won’t be back as we can find a better value at other eateries we love.
Bartolotta’s will continue to be my go-to restaurant. The food and service is outstanding. You are never rushed. My favorites are the chicken with caramelized Brussels sprouts paired with your favorite wine and then of course the best Tiramisu dessert ever! We have literally ordered this dessert as a take out in a large party pan we love it so much. Thank you Joe Bartolotta for one amazing restaurant❤️
Handmade pastas and seafood are exceptional! Duck Ragu - always a winner. Server very knowledgeable about the wine list.
We make it to Bartolotta's at least twice a year. Our favorite is the lobster spaghetti and the cabrese salad. The wine selection is outstanding and if you need help with a food/wine pairing the wait staff is extremely helpful. Both the service and the food are consistently great.
The calamari was fabulous and so was the service!!!
Fantastic calamari, risotto and the best beef filet I have ever had. The chicken was slightly dry and the skin was not crisp. We finished with a great cheese board, but the bread was burnt on the bottom. Overall, exceptional with a few missteps.
The service is always top notch. This is one our favorite restaurants when we are in Wisconsin for the summer. Duck pasta and the lobster pasta is as good as it gets!! Best tiramisu in Wisconsin! Will be back many times!!
