Two out of three dinners were good. One not so great, but super service, ambiance and good time by all.
Overall dinner was great. Our servers were fantastic. Only snag was a young child at the next table banging away on the table with the utensils.

The coziness of Wauwatosa and this Bartolotta gem is one of our favorites picks for Birthdays and Anniversaries. Bravo to Bartolotta's for maintaining their excellence in all of their restaurants, and particularly at this warm, small setting in Tosa.
Celebrated my husband's birthday. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to wait a few minutes for a table by the window or take what was available. We waited and appreciated our location. Service was gracious and attentive. We enjoyed our food - beef carpaccio, salads, duck ragu and a special that was simple and delicious - pasta with chickpeas and tomato. We were too full for dessert. The staff brought a tiramisu to go for my husband when the check was presented. We enjoyed our evening!

Without a doubt every aspect of our dining experience was superior! In addition, the service was excellent. The wait people were knowledgeable about the menu, were courteous, and the food was served promptly! Without hesitation we would recommend the restaurant to one and all!

A charming location in downtown W'tosa.. I went with acquaintances visiting from Europe who spend time in Italy.. and they were very very impressed with the food.. Go for the food, its authentic, extremely well done and a treat. The restaurant itself is a throwback ... cozy southern Italian charm.. Excellent service throughout our visit.
I booked for Easter brunch, and the food was very good! We usually only attend a buffet brunch on Mother's Day, and being that Bartolotta provides a three course meal, our choice was made easy. The menu choices provided would appeal to any taste, and the drink menu was very good. The only thing I did not like was that our service could have been better.
