We dined at Ristorante’ Bartollota on Saturday 2/5. We had a wonderful evening from the time we entered the restaurant until we finished our meal. Our receptionist Jackie was exceptional. Our table stayed well over a half hour after they finished their meal, therefore we waited 45 minutes for our reserved table. She was sensitive to our situation and kept us posted and provided us 2 seats at the bar. Scott was the bartender and he stayed very engaged with us until we left for our table. We went on Valentine's Day weekend. The place is nice, staff were friendly and accommodating. I was looking for their Valentine's Day menu, but all we were offered was the journey to Lazio. The food was ok if I was honest. We've had better food experience at their other Bartolotta restaurants.

This restaurant is very quaint, with a wonderful ambiance. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and food. We were here for Valentine's Day and had a great experience. I can't compliment the food enough! My husband and I ordered all different food and everything was exceptional! We would not hesitate to come here again. If you love good food, and being treated special while you're eating it, this is your place!

Every course in this meal was superb. It was a cold, snowy night but this just added to the ambience. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful. We were so pleased with our dining experience.
