The fixed-price menu offers about 16 inventive Italian dishes for a four-course dinner. The menu selections vary based on the highlighted area of Italy--ours was Calabria--and included savory meatballs, pastas, wonderful salt cod and potato ravioli, goat with fennel, swordfish and flourless chocolate cake. Everything was beautifully served by a very attentive wait staff. We have celebrated several anniversaries and birthdays here. Ristorante Bartolotta in Wauwatosa is always a treat.
We had the pleasure of trying the Calabria menu last night, and it was fantastic. I love that you can experience different areas of Italian cuisine monthly to enjoy a larger spectrum of what Italy has to offer. Truly an exceptional experience I have never found elsewhere. Well worth the price for the service and quality provided.

The current Calabrian menu was amazing. Best pasta course I've had in several years here. The spada, swordfish, and the gelato were perfect. A great bottle of Calabrian wine too, the Gaglioppo grape plated the meal.

All meals lump sum $75 for 4 courses which seems like a good value. You must order one item from 4 or 5 listed for each course. I ordered Octopus for antipasto, braised goat for pasta, goat for meal, & tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious!!!

The food is fantastic, the wait staff is wonderful. The tables are very close together, so we ended up having a fun conversation with the table next to us. We thought the house wines by the glass were a little expensive, but the food was an excellent value. We will keep coming back.

We enjoyed the concept of a changing menu based on regional Italian travel. The four course Lazio regional menu was authentic and delicious with choices such as ricotta stuffed squash blossoms and egg drop soup for appetizer, followed by tender gnocchi in veal ragu. The choice for a main course varied from meat to fish to vegetarian options. The proportion were adequate and not overwhelming. A light desert course and coffee finished the meal all with attentive service.
