We had the most wonderful dinner last night. We truly loved the Tuscany menu and the portions were so nice and we didn't leave feeling over filled. Drinks were delicious and the weather was perfect. Beautiful ambience as well!
I took my wife for her birthday and the experience was great and the food was excellent. We will definitely be returning
Great atmosphere. Reasonable. Good portion sizes. Will definitely fill you up! Noisy but I think this was because of Wauwatosa Fest. Overall great first date! Our server was amazing! Love that he was able to pronounce the menu items! Made us feel like we were in Italy! Definitely will be back!
We expected a lot better for a Bartalotta Restaurant. The food wasn’t very good, bland flavor & not tasty at all.
It was our first visit here, and the four of us had a fantastic time. We really enjoyed the 4 course format of the menu - all of us found items we enjoyed and it also encouraged us to try new dishes. The wine flight option was another big plus - to have a glass of wine with each course that was paired to the dish we each ordered, again, let us sample a variety of wines that we might not have been able to try if we were sharing a bottle. Not surprisingly, the Island menu prominently featured seafood. Sea bream, imported directly from the Mediterranean, was the highlight. We eat seafood purchased fresh from Empire every week. With perfect texture and taste, the sea bream topped them all. John Dory, also imported, was likewise delicious. Other highlights were octopus meatballs and spider crab pasta.
