Excellence from start to finish. The front desk staff are polite, professional and always greet you with a smile. I absolutely love how Dr Fisler is so enthusiastic upon greeting me. It’s like she is greeting an old friend. Always smiles and asks how I am doing, which I believe she genuinely wants to know. It’s amazing how a simple smile and a positive attitude from everyone can make me feel so good.

She spent 2 minutes with me Iasked about my eyes I have flakes and was so rushed I won’t be back never got addressed feel like it was a waste of my time.
Dr. Fisler is great at making you feel relaxed regardless of the circumstances. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality.

I was apprehensive about revisiting Dr. Fisler after my first appointment when she was dismissive and unwilling to answer any questions related to the uv protective skincare that I use. I wanted to give her another chance for the sake of continuity of my skincare, but it was worse.
