Earnest was great to deal with! Very patient and honest. Felt like i was dealing with a friend instead of a sales person. I was able to go back several times and take samples before making a decision. Didn't feel pressured at all to make a decision. Install went really well. Super friendly. And lots of questions to make sure it was down correctly. Highly recommend

We have bought a lot of flooring from the Rite Rug on Broad Street in Columbus. Robert is great to work with. The team that installed the carpeting was quick and did a quality job. Definitely my first choice for flooring.

My experience with Rite Rug was very good! Robert who was a my sales person was great! He was knowledgeable of the products and didn’t apply pressure to make a sale. Even with me being indecisive, Robert was patient. He was available even when not working and was flexible. The install was timely and the installers did a fine job laying the floor and cleaning up. I am very satisfied and I certainly plan to return for another purchase.

Update! We had our entire upstairs re-carpeted and I couldn’t be happier with their product. We met with Jack and he helped us select a great carpet that was reasonably priced and they were able to install within two weeks. The installers were very careful with our newly painted trim and we had minimal touch ups. They also completed the work quickly - carpeting 900 sq ft before lunch! The minute I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by Jack who was very friendly! He was so informative and patient and helped me select the best carpet for my needs. Installation was exceptional and the installers went above and beyond to move my large furniture items before laying the carpet and after. Great service and carpet. Very satisfied customer!
