Got my floors (hardwood) done 3 yrs ago. So when I saw some separation I was concerned. Contact RR and was assigned Joanne S****. She contacted me and she took care of everything. I got assigned a date and time for what I thought was a review but was instead a complete fix and done in 15 minutes. I had to work to accommodate my schedule as I do not work from home but Dale also made that easy. I love my hardwood floors and the excellent customer was very much appreciated. Many thanks to Kathryn I**** who was so helpful to get someone out to my parents home so quickly to stretch the carpet that was installed a couple months prior. My parents are in their 80's & we were worried about a trip hazard in the doorway. She sent someone out there quickly within a couple days & the issue was resolved. I will recommend Rite Rug in the future & will also not hesitate to use their services myself. Thanks again!

Kathryn I****, Darrin S****** and Seth went above and beyond to help us get new flooring for our family room. They were patient, friendly, thorough and the crew they sent to do the work was top notch! We purchased carpet for stair runners on two stairways. The initial measurement was not correct, and the carpet delivered and installed was short on two stairways. Carpet was pieced in, and did not look good. Also, the overall installation was what I would consider sloppy. I talked with Kathryn Irish in Customer Service, and she was very responsive and helpful. The whole process from meeting with Kevin to the installation of my hard wood floors was so easy. Kevin brought so many samples and helped us choose the right flooring. The installers did a great job.

This is my second time using RiteRug Flooring for carpet installation. I am not going to say the second time was perfect and no glitches. What I will say is Rachel C******* is awesome! Rachel was efficient, professional, and very accommodating with getting any issues taken care of. The carpenter was very professional and did a fantastic job. I am VERY pleased with the outcome. I definitely recommend Rachel and RiteRug flooring. I will use their services again if needed.

Had hardwood floors installed. Three areas of issue where wood was damaged or not to our satisfaction. Called customer service (Kelly P.) she scheduled a crew out, at our convenience, they fixed our concerns now the floors look perfect. Couldn’t be happier.
