We have used Rite Rug for many years in 2 houses for both carpet and hardwoods. Recently had a brick ceramic tile floor installed, but unfortunately the installer did a horrible job. When I called the customer care team at ********************** they had someone out the next week who agreed it neede to be replaced. **************** at ********************** was top notch thanks to our customer service **** *************************** and our Sales **** **************************** Both were responsive, patient and helpful throughout the entire process of installing almost ***** sq. ft. of hardwood floors. Great quality installation of three rooms of laminate. A minor issue nine months later that ****** responded and coordinated repair, and repairman fixed the issue quickly. He also was superb! Excellent service, response time, and product!

****** is simply the best, giving me all the options and also helping me pick the best floors with her great taste. So knowledgeable and efficient too. Install was quick and everything went so smooth. Great company, Id recommend to anyone and everyone.

Rite Rug replaced the carpet on my upstairs and did a fantastic job. Their Sales Rep, Rachel, was extremely helpful and informative in helping with the carpet selection. The pricing was very affordable as well.

We trust Rite Rug to do quality work at a fair price. We have worked with Jade and Jordan at the Heath store and their patience and willingness to work with us is amazing. Urban installed plank flooring at our office for them and told me to call if I saw any problems. We had some very uneven areas and at the end of a run it separated. I called Lakeisha in customer care and she set up a time to have it repaired and did it with a smile. Urban came out and made the repair in short order. I was very pleased with RiteRug from start to finish! Jim S******** was very professional and made sure I was aware of all the options for vinyl plank flooring that they carry. He was understanding when I had to postpone the job and he drove the van himself over 2 hours away to pick up the flooring I wanted so that it could be installed as soon as possible! I love my hardwood flooring! I did experience an issue, but Amanda in the Customer Service Department, was absolutely wonderful. I knew that she would see to it that I was happy. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100 percent thrilled with my floor.
