This has been the worst experience we've had from any business. We purchased a new build home and as you know the carpet that's initially layed is not of good quality. It started to come unraveled after two years. Unfortunately we didn't take action right away due to a tragedy we had in our family. We contacted Rite Rug (Nick Cladis) on August 8, 2022 to get a quote on pulling up the carpet and replacing it with the laminate flooring to match the kitchen area. Do not ever buy anything from this place!!! Never showed up on the first day of the job. Color ended up being different than sample that was shown to us. Installers sucked so bad and they ended up just telling us that they weren’t going to finish the project. We now have a torn apart house with ugly floors and we have to find someone else. They even had the nerve to charge before the project even started!!!!
Very Cheap quality floors installed at my kitchen floor. Just purchased a Newly built Ryan Homes Property and 4 months into it my floor starts peeling off. I called in right away and a sales lady named Jessica gives the most professional attitude. They came out after months of trying to reach them and it ends up that the men that installed my floor didnt put enough glue to stick my floors, not only that but the guy that came out to try and fix it admitted to things that were done wrong with my floor. This place is terrible. If you use them it’s like pulling teeth to get them to come out to fix a warranty repair
My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Nick Cladis at Riterug (Woodridge, IL). Nick provided excellent customer service, was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as installation, provided a "no pressure" sales approach, and made the entire process fun and exciting!
