I recently had carpet installed in the livingroom, hallway, and 2 bedrooms from RiteRug. I have nothing but glowing recommendations for this company and the work they performed! I recently made a deal with Kevin W*****, my in home sales rep for new wood floors. Kevin was a man of his word, no hidden pricing. We ran into issues with an uneven sub floor and Kevin had the problem resolved & completed within 24hrs. He promptly returned phone calls and made sure the project was done on budget and on time. I highly recommend Kevin.

Initial encounter: the salesperson ***** was very professional, communicative, and engaging. He showed me his samples and helped to find the right flooring for me. The installation team were professional, polite, and skilled. I purchased a new build home in August 2023 with flooring from Rite Rug. During my 1-year builder inspection, all of the laminate vinyl planks in my home had to be replaced because of defects (glue issues and odd shaping underneath). But that wasn't even the worst part. We live in a 55+ community in ********, **. The tile on the walls of my shower enclosure are so wavy. We contacted our warranty person and one of the supervisors came out to see. He was a miserable little man with a huge attitude. He said nothing can be done because it meets SC standards. Weve since told our warranty person we wanted to speak to his manager. I just wanted to take the time and warn neighbors about Rite Rug in *********. My Aunt hired Rite Rug a few months agoto lay linoleum in her bathroom and washroom and carpet her basement after a water leak caused flooding. Rite Rug came in and the workers cut the linoleum outside and brought it in to install. After they left my Aunt and Uncle went downstairs to start putting things back and place and immediately noticed the linoleum had been cut quite short.
