Easy quick installation. Did need a small repair. Asia was prompt and proactive in getting the repair facilitated. I am very happy with my carpet.

Rachel was prompt and helped us prepare the house for sale. I feel like we got a good deal for the money and didn’t try to up sell like most flooring companies. The installers were on time and very neat and tidy. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job with the installation!
I purchased some beautiful carpet from Rite rug. When it was installed unfortunately there was a heaving seam right down the middle of my great room. I contacted customer service and spoke with one of their reps, Jocelyn T*****, and she opened a case. She was able to resolve my issue in a few weeks by replacing the entire carpet. It looks wonderful now and I was very pleased with the carpet and the awesome customer service!
