okay I was disappointed in the amount of material left over. Almost 2 1/2 boxes of flooring. How can that be if measured correctly?
Looks good-installers did a great job
The salesman was great and didn’t pressure us to buy something. The carpet installation people were so nice and friendly. I would would use you next time we need carpet!!!!
Everyone involved was prompt, polite, and did a great job.
The guys came in, looked at the floor and asked a few questions and then went right to work. They did a great job and cleaned everything up before they left. The service was great and I will contact Rite Rug again the next time I need flooring done.
The installers were amazing. The entire experience was above and beyond what I expected. Jordan on the sales team was exceptional as well as the installer.
Two gentlemen came to install my carpet. They did excellent work and cleaned up after they were done!!
The crew was top notch, any question I had or something I wanted done they didn’t hesitate. Everything was great from the beginning of the estimate to the final step. Highly recommend to anyone wanting fast quality work done!!
