RiteRug Flooring, you are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We did the first walk through of our brand new house that we built on June 22nd. At that point, we realized that you did not install the accent tile in our shower. We came back on June 29th for our 2nd walk through, the day before we closed, and to our dismay you had installed the accent tile but it was the incorrect one. In 2014 we bought a house and had whole house carpet installed. $5800. About 6 months into it I started to notice hard lumps that make a weird noise when you step on them. About 1 year into it I started to notice the carpet was wearing really bad. The whole time we had the carpet it has always shed I find carpet threads all over the house. I had laminate hardwood flooring installed in my rental house about a year ago, My tenant calls me and says that the trim pieces has broken off, I went over to investigate and it looked like the molding had been modified to make it fit. I called customer care and sent some pictures over, in a few days I received a call saying they would replace the trim with the correct trim. We were putting our house up for sale and wanted to replace the carpet and put down vinyl planking in our master bathroom. We scheduled the bathroom flooring first. During the tear up process of the existing flooring the installers broke the water line behind the toilet causing water to shoot out for five minutes before the main water line was turned off. DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOORING FROM RITE RUG!!!!!! Last NOVEMBER, we had Rite Rug install our entire first floor with hardwood flooring. Spent a good chunk of change. We had two people measure from Rite Rug. When the second guy arrived, all old flooring had been ripped out. We had never done this before and we were completely relying on their expertise. We had wood flooring installed. Let me tell you the installers did a great job! However, a one day installation turned into a month long ordeal for a very small room. The mistake was on the estimator in ordering the right wood. EVERYTHING HE DID WAS A MISTAKE. Customer service was of no help and continued to pass blame on to each other. I have to be honest in my review to reflect the utmost disappointment with their work, customer service and responsiveness regarding the hardwood flooring in our home. After completing the extension of existing flooring to other areas of our home in a day or two(Dec 2016) the other finishing work has been pending for the last 2 months. They keep taking samples but unable to match neither the color nor the size of the mold and kept losing our samples they pulled out of our home leaving it in a worst shape than it was. We visited RiteRug on December 30th as we had researched reviews about them and found on some sites, they had received 4 and 5-star ratings. We decided to go to the Broad Street location. When we arrived, there was one employee (Michael D***) sitting with a couple who was purchasing carpet. Rite Rug..."Buyer Beware" Sales staff was helpful at store and when they came out to measure flooring job. Once salesman had completed the measurement process...he presented a quote, but would not provide me a written/document quote for my records. Should have be aware then about what could happen.
