We moved from out of state, and the owner worked with our agent and our family. We love the carpet as well as installation completed within the first few days of our move.

Good. Installers left a lot of fuzz balls around Would have been nice for them to pick them up.
Asst Mgr Ederer did a great job helping me pick the right flooring for my home. The installer did a wonderful job, were very pleasant, they did a great job cleaning up after they finished.
Leona and Mike made my install great, they were very accommodating close to Christmas. The carpet is beautiful, my salesman was very helpful. They all made sure I was completely satisfied.
Great price! Love that price in store always includes padding and installation , nothing hidden. AND installation time was only three days out! Installer was prompt and cleaned up well .
Great customer service at a great price and we just love our new floors. We will be going back to Rite Rug for our next flooring project.
