Purhasing a vehicle from River Cith Hyunai was a good experience overall however there were some parts of the process which were hard to understand. The first was the sales person continually asking me if I would give him a 100% approval rating and then again to have the sales manager as the same question. Staff was very friendly and Courteous car was serviced in time they said it would and returned clean, building was very nice and clean lounge area was big and comfortable.
The staff at Riverside were fantastic. No pressure at any point in the process. I felt they were genuinely interested in my needs and this came above a sale. A rarity in this industry. Kudos to Adam, Alex and Richard for treating me so well.
Really appreciate the extra care and time Josh spent with me to address questions I had about the performance of my Tucson. Also very much appreciate the diligence of the technicians as they found a nail in my tire that had gone completely unnoticed by me. The service team has always provided excellent service.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient.
Took a while to get repair part in, but appears to be a Hyundai issue and not the dealership. Initial estimate was a week or so and ended up being 5 or 6 weeks backorder. Would be nice to see Hyundai Canada offer customers something for inconvenience, especially since no AC in summer temperatures. Anyways, once part was in, appointment was set and they finished the work in a reasonable amount of time.
