Greatly Disappointed With My Experience! I am from NYC. My brother and his wife live in Houston, and recently experienced a terrible loss. I wanted to send a timely and meaningful arrangement to them. I had seen River Oaks Plant House written up as ""Best Florist of 2010"" in a local review, and thought I would give them a try. Although the woman I spoke with was initially quite nice in the phone, she turned out to be misleading, really let me down.
