Stephanie is the housekeeper but she is so much more. She works in the kitchen and can literally help you with anything. She brought us candy on Halloween & even sang in the talent show. I think she has great work ethic and is the hardest worker here
Mrs. Caretta in the front office keeps things running so smooth and efficient. She knows exactly how to help and has never said an unkind word. She helped me add money to my account and get my vape order. Tehy let you smoke cigarettes here as well.
Dr. Sena knows his stuff. He is able to help me understand my medication and how it affects my brain and body. He gives me plenty of options and explains everything so its easy to understand. I think he has been one of the best assets during my stay
Tarshae is someone I can trust and depend on to be there for me when Im feeling down or need encouragement. She is more than a staff member, she is invested in me and my future. She has amazing customer service and helped me when I needed it the most
Olivia helped me understand what was going on with my mind and body. She broke me down so I could build myself back up and she supported me every step of the way. She is professional and caring. I couldnt have asked for a better therapist!
My therapist Bethany runs great classes & helped me uncover a lot of deep rooted issues that contributed to my using. I never knew I had trauma before coming to River Oaks. I'm continuing my therapy and aftercare to make sure I keep in this journey!
Tim the TA is very knowledgable about recovery. He looks out by getting stuff done and sharing his experience with you. He can always tell when I'm off or having a bad day & he will stop to checkin with me. He's made a huge difference in my recovery!
Greg oes out of his way to do above and beyond work. Any time I need something he's there to help. I've enjoyed the groups and made a lot of progress with my therapist. I found a sponsor and have been going to meetings, I feel hopeful for the future.
Raul the house keeper does a wonderful job of keeping the dorms clean. He makes sure we have towels when there are none. He helps with cleaning my sheets and my room. He has that dorm smelling fresh every time! Raul is reliable, polite and kind.
