I am so excited to see this place in person. I live in South Carolina and am relocating to Columbus Ohio. My son mentioned these new apartments and all I can say is wow! When news came that there were going to be more apartments being built here, I was skeptical, but hopeful. News coverage said the apartments were going to be affordable for anyone. 1500 for a one bedroom 2000 for two 2800 for three Who exactly is supposed to afford these places? This is not what was promised. This kind of blatant disregard for the housing shortage and affordable housing is not welcome in our neighborhood. Its not welcome period. I’m excited for this apartment complex to open. Champion companies has been the best company to call home, and I have no doubt with the amazing staff at this location that it will be no different!
Great another cheat apartment to drive my home value down definitely not good for the earth
