River pools staff is very professional and trustworthy. They really stepped up and got our pool done in a timely manner. Rex, Tim and Justin are rock stars!!! I would highly recommend River Pools to all of my friends.
Rex and Justin were awesome to work with. Quick to reply to my questions. They always kept me in the loop letting me know what stage of construction was next. If you are looking for a pool you definitely need to reach out to River Pools and see what they can do for you. You won’t regret it. I included pictures of the process. I still have landscaping to do but the pool is operational and the family is super stoked!
Rex and Justin were very pleasant and did the best they could to be cordial. They were nice to our inquisitive kids and even dealt the annoying dog next door throughout the installation. The reason for 2 stars is not because of their intent or demeanor it is because of an awful experience with each task installing this pool. We had a budget, but because the pool we wanted (28’) would take 2 months to get in and then 8 weeks to install, we went for the larger 40’ pool Rex said was in stock. Rex and his staff were very professional, honest, and got everything completed on time. They were very up-front with the timeline and all costs so there were no surprises. We are so happy with our new pool and have made so many great memories already! If you have been wanting to install a pool, don't wait any longer! Call River Pools to get started and you could be swimming in as little as 2 months like we did!
This will be the 2nd Summer using the pool installed by River Pools. We love our pool! The process from beginning to end seemed to take forever and to say it all went smoothly would be dishonest. What construction job ever goes totally smooth? There were a couple frustrating delays, one of which was not River Pool's fault.
