Rex and Justin were awesome to work with. Quick to reply to my questions. They always kept me in the loop letting me know what stage of construction was next. If you are looking for a pool you definitely need to reach out to River Pools and see what they can do for you. You won’t regret it. I included pictures of the process. I still have landscaping to do but the pool is operational and the family is super stoked!
Rex and Justin were very pleasant and did the best they could to be cordial. They were nice to our inquisitive kids and even dealt the annoying dog next door throughout the installation. The reason for 2 stars is not because of their intent or demeanor it is because of an awful experience with each task installing this pool. We had a budget, but because the pool we wanted (28’) would take 2 months to get in and then 8 weeks to install, we went for the larger 40’ pool Rex said was in stock.
