Almost three years after leaving, I still cringe when I think of this nightmare "community." Absolutely the worst place I ever lived. Would you pay $2,000+ per month to live inside a Chuck E. Cheese? Move here and that's what you'll be doing!
Very low end to begin with, just cheaper than other options. You get what you pay for, BEWARE! They then try to claim damages and absorbent amount of money when you move out. "cleaning services" they claim are over 8 hrs for 850 sq feet and over $30 an hour for people they have on staff...RUN.... Don't even look here if you have any option! Disgusting business practices.
Once they get ur money they treat u like a bother. Don't rent there they r not good townhouses. They were cheaply built. The first earthquake they will come down.
This is the place I call home now, it's nice and clean and the maintenance crew is great.
