I have absolutely 0 negative things to say about this company. My first time in, I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they sold me exactly what I needed in life! Every time I've been back I've never left unsatisfied, including Terry teaching me how to fix my pump. Highly recommend this shop all around awesome people 🤙🤙
We had the BEST experience. Terry helped fit in last minute reservations for 2 kayaks and recommended a beautiful lake to spend the day! Drop off and Pick up were seamless. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

These people are nothing short of amazing. We picked up two full SUP setups from them. Everyone was nice and super helpful. They wore masks and respected distance, asked if it was ok to even handle the stuff we were buying. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Terri's help and knowledge really made the difference. We are new to SUP and so had just rented boards a few times. We knew very little and just what we liked and disliked about the rental boards. 5 stars I highly recommend Riverbound! I, along with my sister and friend, recently rented some kayaks and could not have been more pleased with the excellent customer service! Teri was delightfully helpful with instructions on how to use the equipment and recommendations on where to go and what to do/see! I had a friend that very much wanted to see the wild horses near saguaro lake and we found them no problem. What a beautiful day we had on the lake and didn’t have any problems!
