The Sales Group under Colton, Colton@gocobaltrealty.com and Mr. V., for warranty items, are fantastic. Both gentlemen in their respective fields are excellent. We are delighted at Dry Creek Oaks in Galt, CA, due to the hard work of these two.
All representatives of Riverland Homes are terrific people. They are friendly and responsive. There could have been more flexibility in scheduling the walk through. They fixed most of the punch list items before we took possession. Thank you for the welcome basket!
All the staff I worked with was really professional and knowledgeable. Colton and Erin are fantastic. I would recommend to anybody looking for a +55 community. This place is beautiful and welcoming.

We had a few repairs needed that were under warranty. Vaheh and the warranty/customer service team were wonderful to work with. The repairs were completed as promised and on time. It was a pleasure working with Vaheh and his team.

Riveland builds quality homes. You can see there workmanship as soon as you walk in the front door. They have an excellent warranty team. With fast, curtious professional staff. With a team that backs up there workmanship. There's no better piece of mind a homeowner can have.
