Very hard to talk with the doctor even after being told by the tech that they would schedule an appointment for him to call me. Then being told that it's better to part ways when your furbaby is in the midst of treatment is incredibly wrong. Have spent good money to get my furbaby back on the road to recovery and this is how Dr. Olech treats his patient's owner, let me add we were new patients.

Will not be going back- vet on staff on the 31st of October didn’t even look at my puppy’s issue for which I brought her in for, just wanted to monitor situation. Took her to a different vet, had X-rays done and it ends up she has a broken humerus. The girl vet techs are really nice though- cudos to them.
Show up for appointment on time. We were advised that the Doctor went into Emergency surgery and would be in in a few minutes. Ok, no problem. Waited 30-45min after. Here's where I have a problem.... He's out of surgery, then goes to someone else's room that just showed up. So do I sit there or leave. I left. I am disappointed. We thought this place had changed.. NOPE!!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the assistant of the vet that was there. She was amazing. The vet, Dr. G-somethingorother was very short with me. Accusing me of being a bad pet mom, telling me he THINKS my cat has a tumor(barely looking at her paw and never running tests), and that I should put her down even though she seems fine besides the favoritism to her injured/abscessed toe on her paw.
