Resident Great place to live. Quite but friendly. River Trail, for walking and biking, right outside your front door. (Complex located right across from Trail and Arkansas River), in the Argenta area of North Little Rock. Close to arena and Robinson Center. You don't have to go far for a night out, with Argenta Main Street and Downtown Little Rock a stones throw away. Friendly and efficient management and maintenance crew. Dog friendly with doggie park in complex.
Love this place! I've lived at Riverside for over a year now. I absolutely love it here. I never here my upstairs neighbor or surrounding neighbors. It is always clean and the grounds are kept up. They also actually have resident events, unlike some places who say they do and never did like the last complex I lived at. The office staff is very friendly and they know everyone's name. I like how it is completely gated, unlike some places who say it is, but there are woods at the back and they say oh we didn't fence that becaus... read more
