We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
The rooms were very clean & the staff was very polite & helpful. The casino was nice.
Some of the staff were rude and never smiled

Needed a few extra items but we made due without Didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and these items were needed badly!
Disappointed Like other reviews we were disappointed with the smoke in the lobby. The mattress was in bad shape, the towels were small, threadbare, and rough. We had a door in our room to the next room which was far from soundproof. We were jolted out of sleep by the person in the next room blaring their tv after 1:00 AM. This went on for some time until we banged on the connecting door several times. The volume was reduced but was still audible in our room.
