Only Ok The room was ok, check in service was nasty, only food service was the one restaurant where you ordered before you sat down. Overall ok.

Charged twice clerk refused to help I was charged twice. I booked one night at Riverwalk and upon paying the screen said accepted but the hotel clerk said it did not go through and that their machine had been messing up. I told her my screen said accepted but she insisted on me swiping again. I swiped again and once again she said it did not go through. She asked me to try a different card I tried a different bank card and it went through. Later that night I checked both bank accounts and the charge had been processed on bot... read more

Uncomfortable and Noisy bed Room was clean, attractive, in good condition, but the bed was terrible, it made creaking noises and had 2 valleys, could not get tv to link to phone for streaming Netflix, lobby was clean, up to date current and well maintained, breakfast in hotel restaurant was reasonable priced and good quality
