I’ve stayed here multiple times this year, so far my experience has been great. Quiet, clean, polite front desk service has been impeccable to current. If I had any criticism to offer it would be inform guest about the strict “No Cups Outside “ policy. I was unaware of this and assumed a coffee cup from my room with water in it would’ve been acceptable but as the security guard for the Casino informed me via yelling across the entrance unprofessionally to address the concerns
