First thing, the staff that checked me in( Tina ), was so nice, professional, friendly, I knew that the rest of my stay was going to be very good! You always need a friendly face at the front desk, ( check in )

Pleasant stay in Vicksburg Hotels.com had apparently not canceled the first reservation I had made & canceled, which caused a bit of confusion; but the clerk took my word that I did not need two rooms. The hotel is in an attractive location next to the Mississippi River. My only complaint is that the hotel restaurant is a weird combination of pre-packaged take-out food (salads & desserts) and order(and pay)-as-you-enter burgers & limited entrees. My room was clean & the bed was reasonably comfortable.

I got charged 277 but my booking online say 217

Mr. Brooks, your rate was 207. We had to add 10% tax and we also have a 50 incidental deposit that is refundable if there is no smoking or damage. Your 50 deposit was released. You should only have a charge of 227.70. Please reach out to us if you need any assistance. Thank you for staying with us!
