Absolutely not. I've had orders come wrong all three ways. (dine in, pick up, and delivery). which I know happens sometimes. well today I called to order pizza fries. a lovely gentlemen named Brandon was helping me. first of all he didn't even know the menu (he told me you don't have those, which I know you do),l. anyways, he continues to tell me if I keep huffing and puffing he won't be helping me. took over half hour to get the fish fry, server never came back to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything. Baked potato barely warm butter didn't melt. Nasty food, terrible service. we tried the pizza a month ago and the service was terrible then too, so we're done.

Waited over an hour for 3,2 piece fish meals and a wrap, absolutely ridiculous as I was in the building while I waited. You need to hire more than just a couple of high school kids if it takes you over an hour to make 3 pieces of fish and a wrap, especially at almost 50 dollars for a price.

Hi Gabriel, sorry you had to wait an hour for your meals. We have 5 adult, very capable cooks working every Friday evening - it's just a very busy night. We serve hundreds of customers Friday evenings and it can take up to an hour for delivery and carry-out. Calling ahead is always a good idea any night. Your 4 meals probably would have cost around $40 plus tax. Sorry you had to wait, just very busy night.
They over charged me. I specifically said I was ordering a signature pizza, which lets you choose up to 4 toppings, and makes it cheaper. Instead, they still charged me the full $2.50 for each topping. It didn't taste very good either. I could deal with it, but my wife couldn't even force it down, it was lacking so much flavor, and just like eating a big pile of dough.
