Rize is always a good experience, at both the Carmel and Keystone locations. This visit was the Keystone restaurant. They seemed to be short staffed, so we waited a bit longer than normal. However, the manager or someone who was not a server was really pitching in to help, so it was okay. I always order the avocado toast. Several months ago they changed the bread they use and I think that was a mistake. So that is why I give the food rating a 4 star instead of 5. But it is still one of my favorite places for breakfast/lunch.

Reserved table was immediately ready. Bloody Mary a little weak and I would have preferred more horseradish. Good food. Loud.

I was allergic to mushrooms, and the item was not listed on the entree I ordered. When the dish arrived it was covered in mushrooms. I scraped them off the dish, and ate it, and decided not to visit this restaurant again.
