Just left Rizzieri Aveda school angry. I made an appointment for my 5yo and I to get our hair cut. Arrived only to find out that I could not get my hair cut because I have to supervise. When I made the appointment I made it with their knowledge that she is 5 and for both of us. The receptionist was rude and unconcerned with their mistake.
Yes they do good hair BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL they need to be trained on CUSTOMER SERVICE also make sure you watch they don't use the same brush they use on the previous customer. They don't sanitize their comb, brushes etc...... NEVER AGAIN and that's not going to how long you have to wait!!!! NEVER AGAIN..
If you plan on attending here, I would not reccommend it. The school is very snooty, lots of cliques, and they do not want you to express your creativity. The teachers show favoritism & the students are very conservative and cold to you if you don't think the way everyone else does. If you are the type of person who is very phoney & can put on a good show in front of people - this is the place...
Horrible service.Had to wait an hour to be serviced. Stylist was not friendly and was shocked when I went to pay on how much the service was. Do not reccomend this place.
I had been there a few times for various services (facials, pedicures, etc). Service was as expected for the price. Last time there for a pedicure, they removed my ankle bracelet, which had a charm that my husband had given me over 20 years ago. I noticed after leaving that same day that they put my ankle bracelet back on without the charm. I called and was told that they would call back IF...
