All in All you did it very well, thx a lot. But one thing was really not OK: Our introduction at the beginning was really insufficent. As a beginner RV driver I was really nervous and I didn't could ask the right questions or react on inputs. So I was reliant that I get all importent informations form your collegue. I think the introduction was finished after 20 minutes, then I had the impression, that the young lady wanted to make lunch... she handed over the paperwork to the boss. Thx Stephan

Getting the RV in Denver took almost 3 hours. This was way too long. The RV was very nice. The people in SF were very nice.

Service at pickup up and return was amazing. Service hotline was also great. Vehicle had many issues: display stopped working for half the time, rear camera also didn't work most of the time, fridge didn't work two nights, battery drained over night with only 3 phones charging, generator wouldn't start with the start button inside, coffee machine was cracked and some more.
Die Übernahme in Los Angeles war sehr ausführlich und wir fühlten uns gut vorbereitet. Die Abgabe des Wohnmobils verlief schnell und unkompliziert, trotz eines Schadens. Wir würden für ein nächstes Mal wieder Road Bear wählen.

it was great. Good and efficient intake by road bear. Excellent RV. Good support along the way. I would recommend road bear to everyone going for a camper tour.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Buchungsverfahren über CUcamper als Zwischenvermittler, lief völlig unkompliziert. Die Buchung des RV erfolgte durch uns dabei 15 Monate im Voraus. Die 1 1/2 stündige Übernahme bei RoadBear in San Francisco erfolgte in unserer Muttersprache deutsch, was insbesondere für die technischen Details sehr hilfreich war. Das Fahrzeug war technisch gut ausgestattet und funktionierte ohne Probleme. Die Rückgabe war unkompliziert in 30 Minuten erledigt. Wir können RoadBear nur empfehlen.
