We once had a problem and we called but even after 25 minutes no one picked up. Another time we called , they picked up immediately

The people from Roadbear were very efficient and helpful, both at the pick-up location (Elkhart) and even more so at the drop-off place (Agoura Hills). Well-organized and even better than we could hope for. Yes, 5 stars for this company! Highly recommended.
