I recently took my 3 kids (2 college aged , 1 12 yr old,) my mother and a cousin on an 8 day trip from Rushmore to Grand Canyon. We started out in Denver, where Ted and his crew were so helpful and accommodating, and ended our trip in Las Vegas where we could not have asked for an easier RV return experience! The vehicle wasn't maintained and prepared for the trip. The van had a bad chassis battery which delayed a day and a half and forced us to stay at somewhere else. Also the van didn't have convenient kits so we had to go back to the store to pick them up the next day. My parents and my 1 year old baby slept in a cold van and got a cold because the battery kept dying. We wanted to have a good trip vis Road Bear RV given their good ratings on Google, but for us it was a negative experience...

The RV was well prepared and clean. The staff was friendly and gave good and clear information on the vehicle. The call service was helpful and quick too. Would definitely book again. Everything was as described.
