perfect trip, pick up and return of mobile home very good and professional
Wirhatten eine wundervolle Zeit in unserem RV. Die Uebernahme in Seattle hat sehr gut geklappt. Waehrend unserer 3.500 mil. gab es keineProbleme. Das Fahrzeug war ca. 1 Jahr alt. Auch die Rueckgabe war super entspannt. SUSI war deutschsprachig uns sehr nett, was das ganze erleichtert hat Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Everything was perfect. Especially the German lady, who made the introduction. Gladly soon again!
Personal was kind and very helpful. The RV worked perfectly. Only issues were the sensors of the black water tank, sleeping room vent was blocked and fixed by Road Bear Las Vegas within a n hour and refrigerator lock has a wrong design (we found a workaround though)
The trip from Denver to San Francisco through Rocky Mountains and red sandstone NPs was great. The Sunseeker 29 ft RV in general is great, but built quality or maintenance can be improved. We lost many hours with - defective generator and repair shop visit - loose battery cable getting HOT and then tripping fuse and then running out of battery for fridge etc. - a bunch of minor issues Your staff in Denver and SF is great. However, it is not a good situation for your people and customers in Denver having only 3 people try... read more
