Nicely done and wonderful road experience
Service was great, especially when we had a flat tyre. Explanations at pick up not enough. Frying pan in the kitchen would be great. Mattress in the back is poor. RV was good overall.
Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Mit Roaed Bear waren wir sehr zufrieden. Super service. Ein tolles RV. Solar ein upgrade auf 2 slide outs. Alles war da, was man ertraeumte. Annahme und Abgabe ginger schnell und unkompliziert. Alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir kommen gern wieder.
After renting Cruise Amercia the experience with Road Bear was just perfect. Perfect quality,clean, in good shape and everything well organized.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Die Einführung war etwas Kurt, went man das 1. Mal da ist. Der RV war gut eingerichtet und voll funktionsfähig. Vor allem der Checkout war sehr speditiv und Susi sehr freundlich. Thank you.
Es war eine tolle Reise und das Wohnmobil war neu und in einem Top Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Susi hat uns sehr gute Ratschläge gegeben und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Ein Tipp: nimm ein Paar eigene Geschirrtücher mit.
Pick up was fast. We would have preferredamuch earlier pick up time, in the morning instead of afternoon. Instructions were okay, but we were not told that there is a manual for download, this would have been helpful. The outside kitchen includes a electric plate with induction, but not all pots work with induction. Some of the power plugs didn't work at all or not all the time. The motorhome was great, we had an amazing trip and enjoyed going to the nature as well.
