All was great. Even though the RV had some issues on the road -- falling cabinet, falling door -- Road Bear On Road Service helped out great, both by email and by telephone. Driving the RV was awesome: easy and comfortable. The introduction at the pick-up did turn out to be incomplete, but we managed. Turning the RV back in went great. Very understanding personel given the issues we had on the road, great help here as well.

Generally great, small issues with generator. Would have like more instructions or a manual.
The instruction at pickup was very good from the "German lady". The helpdesk employees we had to call a couple of times where very patient and helpful, especially Maro. We are not very pleased about the fact that we had a broken battery from the start. We had no hot water in the shower and no electricity/lights in the living part for a week.
