wonderful from start to finish!Â
2 weeks in the 28ft, brand new vehicle drove really well, everything i needed was in the van, only issue was no hot water in the shower so that was a pain. The team at the LA branch were extremely helpful, and the team on the help line were friendly even though they couldn't help with the shower. Overall very happyÂ
Pickup at the hotel works perfect and we got to the rental station real quick. Hand over of the vehicle was easy and well explained. We traveled with the rig (30 feet) for 8 weeks and havn't had any issues, so no need to call for assistance. Drop off of the vehicle was also easy and quick, they were also interested in the little details, like loosened screws and took that as notes. Great experience and good and friendly team. We even got a very detailed German introduction to the vehicle and they did their best in answering our questions and solving problems. I can highly recommend this Road Bear Branch. We also became the option for a free upgrade. So everything was perfect here in LA.Â

Everything on the motorhome was good. The one comment is the design of the bed room area. Very difficult to get around the bed. Also the step down from the bed area is very dangerous if you forget its there when getting up in the dark. Recommend you put L.E.D. light strip at the bottom of the step that stays on at night.Â
