The RV was absolutely a good one and worked without problems. The service was friendly. The only little problem was that the women at the pick up could not give us much information about the regulations about driving in to Canada. After a online chat with the help desk we could get more information. Sadly the chat often timed out.
Very friendly and efficient check in. Clean RV. Everyone at pick and at return was very cheery and helpful.
The RV was great, all the systems were working perfect. We got a clean vehicle and great and quick service. All the equipment that we ordered was in place. Amazing adventure. Thanks

RV in excellent condition, almost new.. Just that you're not able to reserve the size is a pity. Ours was just a bit too big. Had trouble to get parking lots in the parks
