Very happy with our rental with Road bear. They offered what I could find the best price for a very new and fine RV. We were a little disappointed about delivery service. There were no vaccum for cleaning, propane refil and emptying of grey and black water were all 50$ at drop off (30$ if you pay at pickup) Luckily are these things available at gas stations and RV resorts. All in all a great experience, we'll be back.
Remarkable! Great experience for my family in Florida, from Orlando to Key West by the east coast, and back to Orlando passing by the west coast! Brand new RV, good explanation and support for new users like us, easy to use making the whole experience extraordinary. As a plus: I had to postpone my trip as my daughter had COVID and the Road Bear team worked to provide a superior RV in the date I had available, using the value I previously paid as a credit for the new trip, even during the busy season of Spring Break.
Great service Excellent support The RV was shining when we got it. Felt like brand new. It was our first trip and took us few days to get used to the RV. Their excellent support was there to help us with every question or doubt. The returning was quick and easy. They make the whole deal very clear so there are no surprises. Definitely will use them again on our future trips.
Our experience with Road Bear was amazing. From pick up to drop off an excellent experience. The stuff were nice, friendly, helpful and eager to give us the best experience of our lives. We rented the vehicle for 2,5 months and it was great, the vehicle was in excellent shape. We didn't have any problems. Couldn't have asked for a better company. We will definitely use Road Bear again.
From start to finish the whole trip was amazing. Was a bit nervous never having driven an rv but the guys at the collection place put me at ease and walked me through the whole rv. The only issues we had were that the leveller was disconnected and wouldn’t work. Rang the customer services and they said that the company disconnected them and that we were to use the roll over levellers you park under the wheels. This was fine but on one site left us still on a slight angle which unfortunately caused the fridge to stop working... read more
